Josh K. Overbay

Mr. Overbay is responsible for capital sourcing, distribution, and relationship management activities within the institutional, family office, and high net worth investment communities on behalf of PRC clients.
Prior to joining PRC, Mr. Overbay worked for the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, where he managed the Chamber's corporate relationships within the private equity, hedge fund and investment banking industries. Mr. Overbay also worked in the marketing and business development division of a research and strategy consulting firm, and completed an internship for a global media company in Sydney, Australia.
Mr. Overbay holds an M.A. from The George Washington University's Graduate School of Political Management and a B.A. from Roanoke College, with a major in International Relations. He is a member of Pension Real Estate Association (PREA) and Urban Land Institute. Mr. Overbay is a FINRA Series 22 registered representative.
