Jeffrey B. Locke
Financial Analyst
Mr. Locke is a Financial Analyst of PRC and is responsible for the analysis of real estate investments, including financial modeling, market research and the preparation of investment memoranda. Mr. Locke has experience across several property types, including office, retail, multifamily and industrial.
Prior to joining PRC in 2007, Mr. Locke was with Jones Lang LaSalle where he served as Lead Analyst for US Air Force housing privatization efforts at 12 bases. In this role, Mr. Locke developed complex financial models based on market standards and programmatic assumptions to forecast long-term financial health, capabilities and value. Mr. Locke was also the Lead Analyst advising on the feasibility of 1,200 housing units at Keesler Air Force Base after Hurricane Katrina.
Mr. Locke received his B.A. in Economics from Dartmouth College. He is Series 7- and Series 66-certified and an active member of ULI. |
