Mr. Fleit joined Perseus Realty Capital in April 2005. He was formerly an analyst at TouchStone Partners, a boutique investment fund specializing in distressed debt with offices in Baltimore, Maryland and Birmingham, Michigan. At TouchStone, Mr. Fleit was involved with investments backed by a variety of commercial real estate types, including office, multifamily, hospitality, and senior living real estate. As a Assistant Vice President at PRC, Mr. Fleit specializes in valuing real estate transactions, performing due diligence on potential investments, and developing financing for joint ventures and structured lending situations.
Mr. Fleit received B.S. in Business Administration from Carnegie Mellon, where he concentrated in Finance and Computing & Information Technology. Mr. Fleit is also a Chartered Financial Analyst Level II Candidate. |
