Lindsay Stroud serves as the Vice President of Perseus Realty Capital. His focus is debt and equity financing opportunities.
Prior to joining Perseus Realty Capital, Mr. Stroud was a Director at Phillips Realty Capital in charge of providing real estate advisory and capitalization services to real estate developers and investors. While at Phillips Realty Capital, Mr. Stroud was involved in the underwriting, sourcing and placement of debt and equity capital of over $2 billion in transactions.
Prior to joining Phillips Realty Capital, Mr. Stroud served in various capacities of the Clinton Administration including as White House Liaison to the Environmental Protection Agency and Assistant Chief of Protocol to the President.
Mr. Stroud received his Bachelor of Arts degree in History from St. Lawrence University in 1994 and his MBA in Finance from Georgetown University in 2003. |
